People first. If you look after your people, the great work, the business growth and the awards will look after themselves.
Strategic Creative. The best creatives are strategic thinkers and the best strategists are creative thinkers.
Partnerships. The partnership between the agency lead and the creative lead is the most important relationship in our business.
The business of creativity. I believe we are in the business of creativity. One cannot exist without the other. Both need to be respected.
Possibility is everywhere. I believe we are in one of the most highly regulated, difficult creative industries in the world, yet it is still possible to get innovative, effective creative work made.
Excuses. i don’t believe in excuses.
